Role Description: The Senior Manager Enterprise Systems leads efforts to optimize, enhance, and integrate critical enterprise systems such as NetSuite and ServiceNow. This role plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, scalability, and cross-functional collaboration, while supporting the organization’s digital transformation strategy. The Senior Manager will help ensure that corporate applications not only meet current business needs but are positioned to support future growth and innovation by driving system enhancements, ensuring availability, and enabling seamless integrations across the organization's application ecosystem. Responsibilities: Oversee the administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of key corporate applications such as NetSuite, ServiceNow, Concur, and SharePoint Online. Collaborate with business leaders to understand application needs, streamline processes, and implement solutions that drive business efficiency and scalability. Develop and maintain an application roadmap that aligns with organizational goals and ensures ongoing system enhancements. Lead initiatives to integrate corporate applications with other business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and automation across platforms. Drive system improvements, customizations, and configurations to meet evolving business needs while maintaining system stability and performance. Partner with department heads and IT leadership to identify and prioritize system enhancements and process improvements. Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure applications meet organizational requirements, including user adoption and training. Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to the Corporate Application team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Provide leadership in emerging technology initiatives, ensuring the team and the organization stay ahead of technology trends, such as, AI-driven automation, and advanced data analytics. Ensure corporate applications adhere to security standards and regulatory requirements. Participate in internal audits and risk assessments, developing mitigation strategies to safeguard corporate systems. Manage relationships with software vendors and service providers to ensure service levels are met and systems are continuously optimized. Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including user guides, technical configurations, and best practices. Facilitate user training and support to promote self-service and maximize system utilization. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Expertise in managing corporate applications (NetSuite, ServiceNow, Concur, SharePoint). Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience driving strategic initiatives. Proven ability to integrate systems, streamline processes, and implement solutions for future scalability. Excellent communication skills for collaboration with technical and business stakeholders. Ability to solve complex problems and anticipate future needs. Up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies like cloud, automation, and AI Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience. Proven experience managing corporate applications, including hands-on management of NetSuite & ServiceNow. Experience with large system integration, process optimization, and cross-functional project management. Preferred: Experience with SaaS platforms, and the implementation of automation solutions.
