Introduction
Responsible for Leading the Interco and Subcontract Processing Value streams, feeding into site SIOP process, and site Master Production Scheduling to ensure on-time order fulfilment and realisation of site revenue, cash, and inventory budgets.
This role of the Interco Planner/Buyer can be remote based, coordinating with other site leaders and functions, frequent travel will be required to support Interco value stream. Travel is estimated to be 25-50%, this will be to support our Interco and subcontract partners and to visit the main site.
Key Responsibilities
1. Comply with all HSE requirements related to the role and work towards a zero-harm culture.
2. Ensure the Interco SIOP delivers accurate plans and the MPS delivers demand profiles in line with customer and business expectations including OTIF, cashflow, revenue and profit requirements
3. Champion continous improvement with Interco partners with lean principles thereby improving delivery performance and forecast accuracy for cash, inventory and revenue budgets
4. Travelling to Interco and subcontract partner sites and delivering world class standards of service and professionalism
5. Responsible for Interco Master Production Schedule in MRP, updating ERP and providing accurate data for site SIOP processes
6. Working with internal departments including CAM's, production engineering and production, Quality and Logistics
7. Conduct material avaialbility analysis for proposed schedule changes
8. Carry out due diligence on all Interco and 3rd party suppliers to ensure available capacity and capability are matched with our customer requirements

Qualifications, Skills and Attributes
Core Requirements
9. Experienced in Aerospace or similar industry.
10. Global and Intercompany Supply Chain planning and/or Procurement experience particularly Low-cost country sourcing.
11. Extensive experience in working in low volume, high product mix, build-to-print environments, and design to spec environments.
12. Excellent communication skills and demonstrable experience of effective negotiation and influencing skills for win-win outcomes.
13. Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver against deadlines.
14. Proactive change management experience
15. A strong working knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel is essential to this role.
16. Experience in Import/Export compliance and management
17. Ability to read and translate Engineering drawings and documentation.
18. Task / Achievement focused.
19. Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
20. Ability to self motivate and professionally represent the business whilst visiting Interco and subcontract partners
21. Flexible and open-minded approach with a determination to succeed
Desireable Skills and Experience
22. Formal qualification in Supply Chain Management or similar
