Your role
Do you have experience in Equities Electronic Trading? Do you have a track record in business development & building client relationships?
We’re looking for an Equities Electronic Trading Salesperson to:
1. Actively seek out new client prospects (working in collaboration with teams across Global Markets)
2. Work alongside Senior Electronic Trading Sales to support client pitches.
3. Manage the execution onboarding process for new clients.
4. Develop execution relationships with assigned clients.
5. Provide first-class client service, with responsibility for providing support for all aspects of each client's specific needs, with the goal of making UBS the firm of choice with which to do business.
6. Provide best in class execution consultation to help clients navigate equities markets.
7. Conduct analysis on existing business, MIS trends, opportunities; as well as performing project work.
8. Contribute to Marketing materials.
9. Keep up to speed on market structure, regulatory developments, and product developments.

Your team
You will work as a Sales Person within the Equities Electronic Trading team in London. Our role is to provide institutional clients with superior electronic execution capabilities, state of the art technology and unparalleled access to global liquidity.
You will work hand-in-hand with other regions whilst working closely with other units within Execution.
Your expertise
1. 2 - 5 years relevant experience in Cash Equities Electronic Trading.
2. Prior client facing experience required- preferably at a Tier 1 investment bank/ Broker.
3. Ability to manage complex client relationships.
4. Excellent communication skills, able to adapt style to audience.
5. Organised, disciplined, detail oriented and process driven.
6. Have a detailed understanding of smart order routing and algorithmic trading & European Equities market structure.
7. Strong analytical and technical skills.
8. Strong team-working skills, able to build and maintain efficient business relationships.
