We are looking for a registered nurse with an active PIN and no restrictions. You should have a caring nature, proven ability to lead by example, motivate a team, and delegate effectively. You should also have a coaching style leadership mentality, good communication and relationship building skills, flexibility, and adaptability. A warm, approachable, and engaging persona is essential. You should respect everyone and treat others as you would expect to be treated.
We offer a competitive salary of a minimum of £20.00 per hour, a welcome bonus of £1500 (T&Cs apply), employers pension contribution of 3%, and annual NMC fees paid.
