We are delighted to once again partner with our client, to build their People function and recruit 2 People Partners. Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, the People Partners will deliver a proactive and professional service to the business, providing guidance and support to managers across the whole employee lifecycle. This includes -
* Recruitment and onboarding
* Employee engagement and wellbeing
* Talent management and workforce planning
* Equality, Diversity & Inclusion
* Reward and recognition
* Absence management
* Employee relations
* Employee exits
This involves
1. Support the management of complex employee relations cases relating to disciplinary, grievance, performance and sickness absence
2. Build and maintain excellent relationships with Senior Leaders and have a collaborative and pro-active approach to solving people issues
3. As part of the People team, develop a range of learning and development events and programmes relating to HR
4. Deliver a range of training workshops to managers to enable them to manage people issues such as recruitment, performance management, disciplinary and capability issues and absence management, and supporting them in delivery of these people management issues
