Salary: £38,000 - £46,000 (depending on experience) + commission & service charge
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Senior Events Manager to join the team at one of Surrey’s most popular golf clubs. This venue hosts a wide range of events—from corporate away days and private functions to beautiful weddings and seasonal celebrations. This is a key role for an experienced events professional who thrives on delivering outstanding experiences from start to finish, while also bringing a strong sales focus to drive new business and hit sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage all aspects of event delivery from enquiry through to execution, ensuring a seamless 360° client experience.
2. Proactively generate and convert new business leads, with a strong emphasis on corporate events and weddings.
3. Conduct site visits, client meetings, and tastings with professionalism and attention to detail.
4. Work closely with the operations, F&B, and marketing teams to ensure smooth communication and flawless delivery.
