iO Associates is seeking a skilled and motivated Quality Engineer to join a dynamic organisation in Redhill for a hybrid role. You will be working with a company that is a leading innovator in sustainable energy solutions, focusing on advanced technology for clean power, transforming the energy landscape with cutting-edge technology.
This is a great opportunity for a professional passionate about product and process quality in fast-paced manufacturing. You'll lead 8D investigations, drive New Product Introduction (NPI) using APQP, support technology transfer, resolve quality issues, and implement corrective actions to improve processes.
Quality Engineer

Experience and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in quality engineering, particularly in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
* Strong knowledge of the 8D problem-solving methodology and tools (eg, Ishikawa, Red X, 5 Whys).
* Hands-on experience with Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and New Product Introduction (NPI).
* Familiarity with statistical analysis software (eg, Minitab) and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
* Knowledge of ISO9001/TS16949 quality systems and manufacturing principles.
* Experience working with various measuring and inspection equipment and the ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
* A degree in Engineering or Manufacturing, or an equivalent qualification (HNC) with relevant experience in quality engineering.
