Our client offers compassionate care to children in crisis, helping them heal and build brighter futures. They are currently seeking a Registered Manager to oversee a 4-bedded residential home and community outreach service in the stunning Fort William area.

Salary: £43,280 - £46,433 per annum (inclusive of unsocial hours allowance)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Responsibilities:
10. Lead and manage a 4-bedded residential home and outreach service
11. Ensure the development and progress of children in your care
12. Oversee admissions, placements, and transitions
13. Build strong relationships with external agencies and stakeholders
14. Provide leadership and support to your staff team, fostering a positive work environment
15. Effectively manage staffing rotas, team development, and supervision processes
16. Ensure full compliance with safeguarding policies and best practices
To be considered for the role, ideally you will have:
17. SVQ Level 4 or equivalent (PDA Leadership and Management for Care Services is desirable)
18. Proven experience working with children and young people, particularly those with emotional or behavioural difficulties
19. Demonstrated success in leading teams within residential care settings
20. Strong knowledge of residential care regulations, safeguarding practices, and operational procedures
21. A passion for helping children overcome adversity and thrive
