Supporting the Team Manager in leading the team to achieve the QIAA Objectives to:
1. Support for the non-clinical element of DFT- including administrative support for their ACMs and recording and reporting their delays in line with our current reporting for our inpatient beds.
2. Setting up the crisis beds on S1.
3. Producing a robust process for managing the crisis beds in line with how we manage our current inpatient beds.
4. Recording and reporting all blocks, and performance within our crisis beds.
5. Ensuring a full robust process for all of the above in collaboration with the working processes already established within our clinical teams.
6. Full reporting for all beds across acute care and first response.

Supporting with the day-to-day leadership and management of the team and working with the team manager to achieve the QIAA objectives set out.
