Head of Operations

We are recruiting for a sales & operational leader to join the team and oversee all aspects of sales, operations, and marketing as well as general management of day-to-day needs in finance, recruitment, training, compliance, and business development.
Job Summary:
This leader will play a pivotal role in revenue growth and operational execution of all business activities. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, overseeing human resources functions—including recruitment, training, staff performance, and compliance—as well as monitoring financial performance, sales targets, and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
These are some of the tasks you will oversee and optimise in collaboration with relevant leaders
* Recruitment of Consultants & Clinical staff
* Recruitment of Clinical Staff
* Clinic Management
* Track medication, therapy, and parenting program numbers and monitor for demand/capacity.
* Monitor available and used appointment slots weekly and monthly.
* Analyse revenue by source and implement necessary adjustments.
* Compliance Management, policy reviews, annual audit
Sales & Marketing Strategy and Execution:
* Lead sales initiatives to drive revenue growth, including developing sales targets and
* strategies.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
* Analyse market trends and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and adapt
* sales strategies accordingly
* Achieve quarterly sales quota, sales pipeline & budgeting
* Develop sales processes for end-to-end sales cycle
* Drive customer satisfaction, feedback, and patient cycle management
* Revenue forecasting & headcount planning
* Sales coaching & call monitoring
* Performance management
Required Skills/Abilities:
* Knowledge of sales methodologies and sales processes for goal attainment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.
* Strong coaching supervisory and leadership skills
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field;
* Master’s degree preferred.
* Proven experience (5+ years) in sales management & senior operations preferably in the
* healthcare or diagnostics sector.
* Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage
* cross-functional teams.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a results-oriented mindset.
* Proficiency in using CRM and operational management software
