Job Title: German Speaking Invoicing Specialist
Location: Liverpool Street (Hybrid working)
Hourly Rate: £14 - £14.42
Contract Length: Ongoing temp
Contract Details: Temporary, Full Time
Key Responsibilities:
1. Onboarding new customers and handling customer data changes.
2. Setting up and managing customer subscriptions, including processing changes and fee increases.
3. Issuing invoices, E-invoices, and credit notes.
4. Handling invoice-related queries from customers via email.
5. Reviewing draft customer contracts/orders (many in German) for accurate subscription setup.
6. Extracting relevant order information from contracts and entering it into the system for invoicing.
7. Supporting the transition to Oracle NetSuite, including customer onboarding and offboarding.
Key Requirements:
1. Experience in invoicing and administrative tasks, preferably in a customer service/back office role.
2. Proficiency in Oracle NetSuite, with a focus on billing functions.
3. Fluency in English and German is mandatory.
4. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and very international environment.
5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
6. Available to start immediately, with a short ramp-up period.
7. Willing to work in a hybrid model, with 3 days a week in the London Office.
