As a Tenancy Enforcement Administrator at Longhurst Group, you will add value each day by working as a key contact between our customers and housing officers in relation to estate management and tenancy breaches. Further key responsibilities are listed below:
1. To monitor the Tenancy Enforcement team dashboards and co-ordinate incoming emails, phone calls and post, respond appropriately or distribute to the relevant team member.
2. Monitor the ‘noise app’, review recordings received and update the case.
3. Monitor and review starter tenancy checks and conversions, updating the case and sending letters to extend or convert.
4. Support the Tenancy Enforcement Manager, Team Leader and Officers with any other administrative tasks required, this may include generating letters or minuting meetings.
In order to be successful in application for our Tenancy Enforcement Administrator role, you will ideally demonstrate an understanding of how as a Tenancy Enforcement Administrator, you'll be pivotal in ensuring seamless administrative support across various functions within our Tenancy Enforcement team, utilising ICT systems (Excel, Outlook, Word) proficiently to provide top-notch assistance to colleagues, consider all information on tenants account and their queries with precision and care.
Our Tenancy Enforcement Administrator role is a temporary position for up to 12 months and operates in a hybrid capacity, contracted to 36.25 hours per week. To us, this means a minimum of 1 day p/week spent in either our Rushden, Peterborough or Boston offices for collaboration with colleagues across the Group, with the remainder of the week working from home (subject to business needs - we are open to discussion around how this is built into working weeks). A large portion of our Tenancy Enforcement team are based in the Boston office, meeting in the office on a weekly basis.
