This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior administrator/receptionist to enter a beautiful investment company based in the heart of Central London. They are looking to strengthen their support team and are looking for a candidate who will become a valuable team member and settle into the administrative office role. The Office Assistant is responsible for performing administrative tasks and for providing administrative functions within legal, operations and finance areas. Responsibilities Schedule meetings and conference calls, administer an online calendar for the office Answer and manage incoming calls Monitor and renew permits, licences, insurance, etc. Negotiate contracts with office suppliers Order and monitor office supplies Co-ordinate external IT support and other IT providers as may be required Co-ordinate couriers to and from the company as required Format and edit various documents as required Photocopy documents and bind as required Assist with the production and maintenance of registers (such as outgoing post register, invoice register, etc.) Create and maintain records for the filing system Other ad-hoc general assistance Key Skills Valid UK working visa or passport Fluent/proficient Russian and English language skills Administrative experience is a strong advantage Well-presented and friendly approach, polished customer service skills This role is fully office-base, Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5.30 pm Willing to develop within the role and undertake more PA and support responsibilities Responsible approach to any given task Great communication skills and ability to talk at all levels Job advantages Growing team, opportunity to develop within the role and beyond Fantastic, close-knit, friendly team Beautiful office and great location in Central London An international, diverse team Salary, bonus and benefits structure
