Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end employee lifecycle services, focusing on complex HR case management in areas like Rewards and Benefits.
* Deliver high-quality, consistent advice to managers and employees, ensuring a customer-focused approach.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives and manage change effectively within HR.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including third parties, line managers, and HR teams.
* Contribute innovative ideas to enhance project outcomes and process automation.
* Regularly report progress and outcomes to team leads.
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
* 7+ years of experience in HR, particularly in Rewards or Benefits.
* Proven ability to manage stakeholders and deliver exceptional employee experiences.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR systems.
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (HR, Finance, etc.).
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
* Experience in a managerial role seeking to transition back to an individual contributor position.
* Familiarity with global mobility practises and processes.
* Knowledge of Service Now and Assignment Pro platforms.
* Demonstrable communication and presentation skills.
