Deliver high-quality, consistent advice to managers and employees, ensuring a customer-focused approach. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and manage change effectively within HR. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including third parties, line managers, and HR teams. Contribute innovative ideas to enhance project outcomes and process automation. Regularly report progress and outcomes to team leads. Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience): 7 years of experience in HR, particularly in Rewards or Benefits. Proven ability to manage stakeholders and deliver exceptional employee experiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR systems. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (HR, Finance, etc.). Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience): Experience in a managerial role seeking to transition back to an individual contributor position. Familiarity with global mobility practises and processes. Knowledge of Service Now and Assignment Pro platforms. Demonstrable communication and presentation skills.
