Job Description
1. Provide administrative and secretarial support to the CEO.
2. Coordinate and manage CEO's diary and schedule.
3. Prepare necessary documentation for meetings.
4. Ensure the smooth running of the office on a daily basis.
5. Order office supplies and food for meetings.
6. Handle confidential documents in a professional manner.
7. Manage travel arrangements and itineraries for the CEO.
8. General Admin tasks.
9. Assist with any additional tasks as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Administrator/Junior PA should have:
1. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
2. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
3. Excellent attention to detail.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
5. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
6. Be engaging and enjoy a fun and relaxed workplace.
