Lettings Property Manager - Ledbury - £27k (Negotiable)
My client is a leading, multi-branch independent Estate Agency and Lettings who have been established for over 40 years. Due to an ever-increasing growth within their Lettings department, they are looking for an experienced Lettings Property Manager to join their team. You should have a strong background in Lettings Property Management and be up to date with Lettings legislation.
Main Duties for the Lettings Property Manager include:
1. Managing a portfolio of properties
2. Communicating with Landlords, Tenants, and Contractors regarding property maintenance works and resolving issues accordingly
3. Arranging and carrying out property inspections and reporting back to Landlords with feedback
4. Ensuring all legal compliances are up to date
5. Managing renewal arrangements for rent recovery policies and tenancy agreements
6. Liaising with tenants and landlords following the end of tenancy
7. Communicating with utility companies and the council at the start and end of tenancy
8. Resolving Landlord and Tenant enquiries
Essential Skills Required:
1. Lettings Property Management experience is ESSENTIAL
2. Great Customer Service skills
3. Organisational skills
4. Problem-Solving skills
5. Articulate
6. IT literate
7. Full UK licence and car
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm and one in three Saturdays 9am - 1pm
