We're looking for a Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Co-op. As a key member of our store operations team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and leading the store team in achieving our goals.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work well under pressure. You'll be confident in your decision-making abilities and have a strong understanding of our company values and vision.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales and customer service targets
* Coach and train colleagues to develop their skills and knowledge
* Manage stock levels and maintain high standards of store appearance
