Aramark UK are currently recruiting for a CDP to join their team in Edinburgh, EH12 9SE. This is a full time, permanent position, Monday

What you'll be doing
- Effective and efficient food production in line with recipe sheets
- Delivering breakfast and lunch to the client in a clean, tidy and professional manner
- Set up and break down of lunch service
- Full knowledge of all menu items served
- Management of production to ensure minimal wastage
- Maintenance of food levels throughout all service periods
- Maintenance of food quality and brand standards
- Ensuring the maintenance of high hygiene and health and safety standards in line with Aramark requirements and identify any anomalies and incidents
- Assisting in the compilation of all shift opening and closing checklists
- Discussing ideas or improvements with line manager
- Undertake relevant training as required
Experience
⦁ Relevant culinary qualification is desirable or experience in a similar role⦁ Previous experience of working in a kitchen⦁ Allergen awareness (i.e Natasha’s Law), full training will be given⦁ Excellent team player and communicator⦁ A confident chef and an excellent team player
