Within this role you shall be supporting small groups of Key Stage 2 pupils aged 8-11. Duties relating to this role include but are not limited to:Assisting teachers as they implement their creative lesson plans.Supporting Key Stage 2 pupils.Working in small groups with children aged 8-11.Demonstrating a high level of patience and care when dealing with potentially challenging and disruptive behaviour. Creating and maintaining a safe and enjoyable learning environment for the pupils.Working as part of a close-knit and efficient team with other members of the teaching staff.What you'll need to succeedTo be considered for this role, it is required that you possess at least 40 days of relevant experience over the course of the last 2 - 3 years and must be able to speak Welsh. Some of the key attributes needed for this role include enthusiasm, dedication, and a hardworking nature. Additional skills and attributes include empathy, calmness, problem-solving skills, and the ability to build effective working relationships.
