Working within the Housing Team, you will work with internal and external colleagues to deliver value for money and high levels of consistent service delivery to Housing customers across the District.
You will lead the preparation, negotiation, implementation and performance of contracts across the entire life cycle of various Housing Capital and Revenue contracts. You will need to provide commercial guidance to internal customers and other stakeholders, to help them manage risk and opportunity, ensuring the safeguarding of the interests of the authority.
What we're looking for from you:
This is a key role, and we need people who can help us be successful by problem solving with tangible solutions. You will bring experience in procurement and contract management, e.g. negotiation, contract and terms and conditions and be keen to provide continuous support and co-operation to internal and external customers.
