The Company: We are working with a leading contractor whose North West Regional Office has created an excellent reputation for delivering interesting projects for leading blue-chip clients valued to £40 Million. The Role: Due to planned growth, they are now in a position to add to their Aftercare, Service & Maintenance department and are looking to recruit a Facilities Manager to join them on a permanent basis. Working within the Aftercare, Service & Maintenance Team, the role of Facilities Manager is a crucial part of the business, ensuring the Total FM delivery across all planned maintenance and reactive works across to ensure an optimal work environment and first-class service at all times. The role will oversee 4-6 schemes at any one time and will be mainly office based, with up to 1 day a week hybrid working, and occasional visits to site and attending meetings when required (Driving License is mandatory). You: You will have experience working as a Facilities Manager on Hard & Soft FM schemes. Ideally, you will have on site experience and have made the move into Facilities Management.
