Are you an experienced nurse leader passionate about delivering exceptional care? We’re looking for a Unit Manager to oversee our Complex Care Unit, ensuring residents with complex needs, including dementia, receive outstanding, person-centred support.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the development and leadership of a purpose-built service, within a company that prioritises the highest standards of quality and care.
As Unit Manager, you will:
* Oversee and drive high-quality care for residents with complex needs, including dementia.
* Build relationships with local stakeholders, families, and healthcare professionals.
* Ensure occupancy levels are prioritised, meeting agreed KPIs.
* Provide leadership and development to the care team, fostering a culture of excellence.
* Support clinical shifts during the initial opening phase, ensuring seamless service delivery.
* Work closely with the Home Manager, reporting directly and collaborating on strategic priorities.
* Cover on-call duties and support with some weekend working to ensure continuous high standards of care.
Contract & Benefits

What We’re Looking For
* Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) – With a valid NMC PIN.
* Experience in complex care & dementia support – Strong background in managing residents with complex needs.
* Leadership & Management Skills – Proven experience in running a service and leading care teams.
* Commitment to Excellence – Passionate about high standards of care and continuous service improvement.
