Sales Manager
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Sales Manager to join this highly successful and reputable waste management company with a nationwide presence. This presents a fantastic opportunity to work in a thriving industry and for a company that has grown organically in a measured and dynamic way over several years to be one of the market leaders in their field with an enviable reputation for customer satisfaction and delivery.
Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing and managing a team of approximately 8 new business field sales executives covering the West & South Yorkshire territory.
2. Dealing with KPIs and strategies to bring the best out of the team, as well as recruitment and day-to-day reactive management whilst adhering to Waste Management legislation and Health & Safety regulations.
3. Constantly monitoring and overseeing entry into new market sectors and developing new business opportunities.
4. Working closely with the Group Head of Sales and Marketing to provide data and feedback on the performance of the region, market analysis, and team performance KPIs.
Qualifications:
1. Proven team sales management (preferably field sales teams) and leadership experience.
2. A hands-on approach and accustomed to working in a very dynamic and busy industry.
3. Experience in waste management (desirable although not essential).
