Your Contribution Talent Sourcing: Utilise a variety of sourcing techniques including social media, job boards, networking events, and referrals to identify high-quality candidates through high quality and effective sourcing. Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends and identify potential talent pools. Candidate Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates through excellent communication and follow-up practices.Present opportunities to candidates in a compelling manner, ensuring they are fully briefed on the role and the company. Candidate Assessment: Conduct initial screening and ‘discovery calls’ to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate with hiring managers and teams to facilitate interviews and further assessments. Client Engagement: Build and nurture strong client relationships when required in support of the Account Manager. Hiring Manager check-ins, coordinating hiring processes and feedback sessions, as well as managing the holistic recruitment process when needed. Understand client needs and expectations thoroughly, ensuring tailored delivery of talent solutions and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. Database Management: Maintain an up-to-date and well-organised candidate database. Ensure all candidate interactions and information are accurately logged in the CRM system. Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of industry developments, emerging roles, and skillset demands. Provide insights and feedback to the recruitment team and clients on market trends. Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with Account Manager and Sales Director to understand specific role requirements and client expectations. Regularly report on sourcing progress, candidate pipelines, and market trends. Success - How is the Role Measured?
