About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales Director to join our team at a leading digital asset custody firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong industry profile and relevant client experience. You will play a pivotal role in managing leads and driving sales initiatives across a diverse range of businesses—from SMEs to large corporations and regulated institutions. The role involves promoting Palisade's wallet and custodial services, supporting use cases including stablecoin payments, tokenization of RWAs, Web3 product development, and treasury management. Key Responsibilities Manage new business development activities across target markets in Europe and the Middle East, developing strategies for each customer segment. Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored digital asset solutions. You will own a quota and be responsible for managing your client pipeline. Drive efficient pipeline management and advance opportunities, developing strategies under management direction to achieve success. Collaborate with SDRs and marketing to identify trends and develop campaigns, refining Palisade's market positioning. Represent the company at trade shows and events, with some travel required. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with the goal of expanding their engagement. Provide continuous support and guidance throughout the sales process and beyond. Maintain detailed records in our CRM system to track market trends, opportunities, and facilitate accurate forecasting. About You Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field. Proven track record in team leadership within fintech or related industries. Hands-on experience with digital assets and blockchain technology, particularly wallet infrastructure and blockchain security. Strong market knowledge and established client network. Experience with custody solutions or infrastructure providers is a plus. Ability to grasp and effectively communicate complex concepts. Proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities. Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Adaptable and flexible working style.
