Social Worker - Adult Social Care (Grade 8)

You will work as part of an integrated, multi-disciplinary team to provide high-quality social work practice. Your role will involve developing solution-focused plans to help individuals achieve their goals and maintain their independence. You will work creatively with individuals, local communities, and partners to deliver the best outcomes and foster a positive Adult Social Care culture.

You must be a qualified social worker registered with Social Work England.

This role is suitable for individuals who have completed their ASYE and can demonstrate increased decision-making autonomy in complex situations.
The High Needs Team provides intensive case management during the initial stages of service setup or when support can be gradually reduced, ensuring oversight of packages of support, including deprivation of liberty safeguards and regular reviews for safety.
