About the Role
As part of Rochdale Council’s Corporate Transformation Programme, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an eForm and Process Builder and Tester to design, develop and maintain process workflows and eforms using the Council’s corporate CRM system, Granicus govService. We are seeking enthusiastic, proactive and innovative people with experience of developing and testing digital eforms and supporting processes and workflows. The successful candidates will ensure our eforms and workflows are developed in alignment with corporate and service objectives and enable the delivery of a seamless and rich experience for our residents and customers.

About you
The successful candidate must have knowledge of how local authorities operate, including an understanding of how councils deliver usable and accessible services. Experience of building and testing digital solutions, including planning, writing test scripts, and running tests, are crucial to the success of this role. About us
Our team is based in the modern, open-plan, award-winning Number 1 Riverside building in the centre of Rochdale with a Metrolink and bus station outside our front doors, giving easy access to areas surrounding the borough including Manchester city centre. Following the COVID19 outbreak, the team has been successfully working from home and works in a hybrid environment.
Casual User Car Allowance is payable.
