Description Plans, executes, and measures demand generation marketing programs that result in growth of sales pipeline and revenue for Field Sales organization. Manages and controls all field marketing activities within the context of the overall corporate plan for the achievement of short and long term business objectives, increased profit and market control. Be an active member of the global Marketing team to ensure consistency of strategic marketing programs. Disseminate key corporate information to the line-of-business or geography operations pertaining to new product development/launches. Act as a liaison with managing directors to ensure that marketing activities are in support of sales plans. Responsibilities: Act as Marketing Business Partner to regional Sales and Support teams to plan, deliver and monitor pipeline creation, optimising integrated activities across all channels to maximise ROI. Manage a small team of Field Engagement Marketers to plan and execute regional activities. Ensure campaigns are delivered within agreed timescales and convert at the required level to deliver inbound pipeline targets. Work closely with regional teams to plan and execute tactical Account Based Marketing programmes, to attract and convert target accounts into measurable pipeline. You will work closely with Sales and Business Development colleagues to design, segment and execute programmes and be responsible for optimising and reporting on target attainment. Conduct regular marketing and sales reviews to present the impact of marketing activities on sales pipeline, identify gaps in strategy, and collaborate quickly and impactfully with colleagues to revise marketing plans to fill gaps Collaborate with the Demand Generation team to plan and monitor top of funnel demand generation activity and identify supplementary initiatives by region, in order to support the nurture and conversion of leads into pipeline. Collaborate with the Marketing Programmes team to identify and agree pan-regional campaigns and content, coordinating the Field Engagement Marketers to assist in localising and executing them for local markets. Qualifications: Marketing qualifications (preferable) Minimum 10 years’ experience in the delivery of pipeline-generating marketing campaigns within a B2B organisation, preferably technology, at least 3 of which with line management responsibility Business-level English capabilities essential, a second European language desirable. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Relationship focused with ability to work creatively. Attention to detail, follow-through and deadline compliance. Experience within a high-growth, sales-driven organisation. Experience of working with complex teams and across multiple geographies and cultures. This is a 9-12 month contract role reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing for EMEA.
