Job Description:
Join our dynamic Digital Response Team on Weekends, covering mornings and evenings from 8am to 2pm and 2pm to 8pm.
Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound/outbound customer enquiries via digital platforms (live chat, website, social media, third-party leads).
* Handle inbound/outbound calls.
* Provide prompt and professional customer service.
* Maintain compliance with company standards and processes.
* Uphold the Chorley Group ethos of 'Big Enough to Cope, Small Enough to Care'.
Requirements:
* Previous customer service experience is essential.
* Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize workload.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in using IT systems.
