We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Head to lead our IT Managed Services sales team and play a pivotal role in defining and building the marketing function within our business.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Leadership: Drive revenue growth in IT Managed Services, IT support, and technology-driven solutions for the aviation industry (airports/airlines).
2. Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives and supports sales efforts.
3. Brand Development: Build the company's brand identity and presence in the market, leveraging innovative campaigns to position the business as an industry leader.
4. Innovation & Product Development: Work closely with internal teams and clients to conceptualise, design, and deliver new products or solutions using cutting-edge technologies, aimed at improving operational efficiencies and reducing costs.
5. Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with C-suite executives and other decision-makers within large corporations, airports, and airlines.
6. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement integrated sales and marketing strategies to expand market share and drive innovation in the aviation sector.
7. Service Expertise: Leverage expertise in old-school IT support, including onsite engineering, dispatch services, and maintenance of passenger processing equipment, while incorporating modern technological advancements.
8. Team Development: Oversee and build high-performing sales and marketing teams, fostering collaboration and alignment between the functions.
9. Market Expansion: Identify new opportunities and partnerships within the aviation sector and beyond.
10. Performance Metrics: Establish and track KPIs for both sales and marketing efforts to ensure alignment with business goals and achievement of targets.
Qualifications & Skills
1. Experience:
o 10+ years of experience in IT Managed Services sales, with at least 5 years focused on airports/airlines or aviation IT support.
o Proven track record in delivering IT support for passenger processing equipment (e.g., kiosks, bag-drop systems, boarding gates).
o Strong background in Service Desk provision, onsite and dispatch engineering services.
o Experience in conceptualising and delivering technology-based products or solutions that drive operational efficiencies and cost optimisation for customers.
o Demonstrated success in defining and executing marketing strategies that support sales growth.
2. Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute long-term plans while adapting to industry trends.
3. Innovation: Proven ability to create and implement technology solutions and marketing campaigns that solve customer challenges and enhance market visibility.
4. Relationship Management: Exceptional skills in building and maintaining senior-level client relationships.
5. Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage, mentor, and grow sales and marketing teams.
6. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with both traditional IT support and modern technology platforms for the aviation industry.
7. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
