About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Service/Installation Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will travel globally to install and service Cathelco, HEM, and Evac products, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and technical expertise. You will be a key player in maintaining our high service standards and supporting the continuous improvement of our operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Travel worldwide to install, service, and troubleshoot Cathelco, HEM, and Evac systems.
* Deliver high-quality technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction and system reliability.
* Promote and support the sales of spare parts and system upgrades.
* Provide detailed service reports and documentation within required timeframes.
* Maintain strict adherence to safety regulations and onboard vessel protocols.
* Collaborate with internal teams to implement new technologies and service improvements.
* Respond promptly to technical queries from customers and colleagues.
* Conduct engineering analysis to optimize system performance and troubleshoot issues.
Who We’re Looking For

Key Requirements
Essential:
* Experience with UV Ballast Water Treatment Systems.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
* Ability to work independently in international locations.
* Willingness to travel on short notice.
* Valid UK/EU Passport.
* Full Driving License.
Desirable:
* Background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
* Offshore certifications (e.g., BOSIET or equivalent).
* Experience in marine industry service roles.
