What you'll do
1. Come up with new and innovative ideas to reach the right candidates for our roles
2. Actively source candidates via job boards and LinkedIn
3. Confidently support the Recruitment Manager through interviews and other recruitment processes
4. Prioritise multiple recruitment requests with conflicting deadlines
5. Proactively influence and build relationships with key stakeholders
6. Be a brand ambassador, representing us at recruitment events like careers fairs
What you'll need
7. A passion for recruitment and finding the best person for the job
8. Experience sourcing both generic and bespoke opportunities
9. Confidence using ATS to manage the candidate experience
10. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
11. The ability to conduct telephone and video interviews with candidates to assess their abilities and suitability for a range of roles
12. Experience working with external third-party suppliers and collaborations
