1. Setting up Contracts
2. Tender Appraisals
3. Create Expenditure/Cashflow
4. Contract Administration
5. Budgeting
6. Maintaining and creating good client relationships
7. Supporting project surveys and costing
Requirements for M&E Contracts Manager
1. Any electrical, mechanical or HVAC qualifications
2. Worked on small to medium contracts before
3. IOSH
4. Certificate/Knowledge on Health & Safety
