Location: Yate, Bristol
Pay Rate: £12.90 per hour
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team on a temporary basis, providing care and support to adults with learning disabilities in the Yate area.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with personal care and daily living tasks to promote independence.
2. Support individuals in accessing community resources and activities.
3. Maintain accurate records of care provided.
4. Work collaboratively with other team members and professionals.
