Key Responsibilities -
Tenant Relations & Agreements: Act as the main contact for tenants, handling enquiries, disputes, and managing tenancy agreements, renewals, and terminations.
Inspections & Compliance: Conduct regular property inspections, ensuring compliance with tenancy agreements, health & safety regulations, and legal requirements.
Rent & Financial Oversight: Monitor rent collection, address arrears, and prepare financial reports on property income and expenses.
Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure properties meet legal safety standards, arranging necessary assessments and certifications.
Client & Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to landlords, tenants, and stakeholders, ensuring clear and transparent reporting.
Legal & Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed on lettings legislation and ensure all properties comply with UK property laws and regulations.
Requirements -
Driving Licence & Own Car : A full UK driving licence and access to a car are required, as the role involves regular site visits across Ilkley and Leeds.
Communication & Organisation: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritise workload, and maintain accurate records.
Customer Service & Problem-Solving: A proactive and customer-focused approach, with the ability to handle tenant and landlord queries professionally, resolve issues effectively, and maintain positive relationships.

Negotiation & Conflict Resolution: The ability to manage disputes, mediate between tenants and landlords, and negotiate fair solutions while maintaining professionalism and compliance with UK lettings laws
Team Player & Independent Worker: Capable of working both independently and collaboratively, using initiative to manage workloads while contributing effectively to a team environment.
Hours of Work
Monday Friday: 9:00 17:30 Saturday: 9:00 16:00 every other Saturday
Salary and Benefits
Basic Salary: £25 £28k OTE (£30,000 - £33,000)
Holiday: 20 + 8 Bank Holidays.
Every other Saturday working, with a day off in lieu.
