They offer whole of market financial advice to HNW retirees, accumulators, local families and SME owners based across the UK. In their current setup they manage the affairs of clients with assets ranging from £150k - £10m. The advisers consult on pensions, investments, tax planning, cashflow modelling, retirement planning, protections and some esoteric schemes such as VCT & EIS schemes. They have very longstanding relations with accountancy and solicitor practices who refer business and they have big expansion plans over the next 5 years. The support team comprises of an experienced team of pooled Administrators & Paraplanners who are actively encouraged to progress and develop as both professionals and individuals via ongoing CPD and industry exams. Their Tunbridge Wells office is creating a brand-new role for a Financial Planner who will take over some existing advisers who are retiring in 2 years’ time but then the expectations is that you will generate some new business too. This role will suit a candidate with a background in an independent wealth planning firm, but the hiring managers will also consider restricted backgrounds. The candidate will need to aspire to work towards Chartered status. 2 years of advising experience is needed as a minimum for this role with an active CAS status.
