Summary Working within a bustling atmosphere as part of passionate team this role as a General Cleaner plays a core part in providing fantastic customer service. A Driving License is essential criteria for this role, due to the need to move between the different parts and buildings of the estate in the role. Hours: 541 hours a year. This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year. Working hours will be 2 x 5 hour shifts each Saturday and Sunday, 11am- 4pm, with some flexibility subject to discussion with the successful candidate. As a member of the small Facilities team, you'll report to the Facilities Coordinator and Facilities Manager, collaborating with all other teams on the property to ensure both our team and visitors can safely enjoy the stunning estate. Your daily tasks will include maintaining high presentation standards, both in areas visible to visitors and behind the scenes. What you'll be doing As a General Cleaner, you'll go out of your way for others and you’ll help to make our property an extra special place to visit. You’ll turn your practical hand to all sorts of cleaning, ensuring all our facilities are kept in good working order. You’ll ensure the highest standards of customer service across the property by always implementing a ‘customer comes first’ attitude.
