Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing clear communication, timely feedback, and a professional hiring process. Promote Flannery Plant Hire as an employer of choice by leveraging social media, job fairs, and other marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role, preferably within the construction or trades and labour. Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, tools, and techniques, including experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Have an understanding employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring. Proficiency in social media platforms and job boards for candidate sourcing and engagement.
