Adult Community Team South is a large and supportive team consisting of Social Workers, Occupational Therapists and Social Care Practitioners. We work with adults in need over the age of 18 actively listening, collaborating and tailoring plans to enhance well-being. We partner with healthcare providers to prevent crises, emphasising existing support for independence. Our approach seeks local, sustainable solutions and offers diverse intervention and prevention opportunities. We’re looking for Newly Qualified Social Workers who have strong interpersonal and effective communication skills, with updated knowledge of relevant legislation and safeguarding vulnerable adults.
