As an ABCF Production Leader you will lead, inspire and coach a team within a defined manufacturing cell. Accountable for ensuring customer commitments are met in full, measured against agreed balanced scorecard that includes HSE, Quality, Cost, Delivery, People and responsiveness standards. What you will be doing: With this exciting opportunity you will get a chance to be involved with the following: Drive towards a performance and culture of Zero Harm. Ensuring the team is trained and compliant to safety standards, driving environmental targets and promoting well-being Delight our Customers by delivering to the required quality and on time requirements. Understand bottlenecks, load and capacity in your cell and define improvement plans to continuously improve efficiency and inventory Ensure work is carried out in compliance with the required standard to deliver conformance to the engineering specification, and for promoting a product safety culture in the cell Drive to Zero Defects, working across functions to reduce risks and drive product right first time. And for this role, we are looking for someone with: Degree level education or relevant experience Demonstrated understanding of how a successful manufacturing cell functions, previous Production Leader experience with breadth of leading change Coaching, facilitation, and general leadership skills are an essential part of this role Demonstrated experience in delivering improved manufacturing performance, utilising cross-functional teams A company-wide outlook and exposure to different challenges, cultures and ways of working Excellent communications skills with the ability to interact clearly and effectively with different audiences, simplifying complex concepts and building confidence in team members Join us & Make an impact The professional level and salary of the position will be dependent on the skills and experience of the successful candidate but is anticipated to be Level C.
