Regional Sales Manager – Bus and Coach (North/Scotland)
About this Role
Are you a natural dealmaker with a passion for the bus and coach industry? We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager to grow our rental business across the North and Scotland. You’ll be at the forefront of building lasting relationships, identifying opportunities, and securing long-term and short-term rentals of our industry-leading fleet.
* Identify and secure new business while managing existing customer relationships
* Work closely with the Sales Director to align with company sales plans
* Research potential customers using industry insights and data
* Achieve targets while delivering excellent customer service
* Keep accurate sales records and provide regular reports
About You
You love the thrill of closing a sale and have a strong understanding of the bus and coach industry. Confident, well-presented, and an excellent communicator, you know how to build trust and negotiate deals.
* Proven track record in face-to-face sales with strong negotiation skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism
* Sound understanding of vehicles and transport
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
* Full, valid UK driving licence
