Dual Trade Operative - DMC Tai Tarian is looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic, Dual Trade Operative to carry out maintenance work locally in our Damp, Mould and Condensation Team. As our Dual Trade Operative, you will undertake skilled maintenance or technical DMC survey work to our properties. You will provide practical skilled expertise, ensuring service demands are met timely, effectively, and efficiently. You will be qualified in plastering and competent in carpentry. Working throughout Neath Port Talbot Borough, this role is permanent, with a starting salary of £29,221.00 with potential to increase to £32,164.00 after evidence that key competencies required for the role are met. About the role: We are open to applications from any trade skillset and positions will be allocated to each department based on skills needed for each area. Criteria for Role: Assets Property Compliance - DMC NVQ level 2/3 in a primary trade with experience or a commitment towards undertaking DMC technical surveys or a second trade, which will be signed off based on internal competency assessments with additional training specifically in DMC.
