As our new Content Creator, youll join a dynamic and supportive marketing team, reporting into the Content & Communications Manager and playing a key role in driving our ambitious growth strategy. From brand campaigns and partnerships to events, social and web. Weve got big plans, and were just getting started. Key Responsibilities as a Content Creator: Supporting with the creation of key assets: Including branded documentation and resources (Desktop publishing), infographics, printed collateral and content for web/social media. Playing an active role in our media production activity: This includes videography and photography for different formats (Case studies, podcasts, on-brand video). This also includes video editing and repurposing long form video for web and social. Supporting our web and social channels: Creating, scheduling, and posting content, while monitoring its engagement and wider trends. Managing and maintaining our assets library insuring key content is up to date. This can also include rebranding collateral from partners and vendors to match Intercitys brand and tone of voice (TOV). Supporting internal communications activity: When required. Building, maintaining and updating web pages. Solid copywriting skills for blogs, social posts, emails, and marketing materials with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and platforms. Key Skills and Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience working in a marketing or communications team, ideally in a content role. Content Creation Tools: Hands-on experience with content creation tools, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator). Familiarity operating cameras (DSLR, Mirrorless, Video Cameras) Industry Knowledge: Experience in B2B and technology sectors is advantageous but not essential. Desirable Skills: Strong understanding of key social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for content creation and engagement (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, YouTube). Intermediate skill level with HubSpot or similar Marketing Automation Platform and a grasp of SEO principles. Podcast production experience.
