Commercial Account Handler - Yorkshire
Up to £30,000 + Uncapped Commission
We are working with a rapidly growing, family-oriented insurance brokerage that is seeking a talented Commercial Account Handler to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the company's ambitious growth strategy while enjoying a supportive, collaborative work environment.
Role Highlights:
1. Develop and manage existing client relationships across Batley, York, and Middlesbrough
2. Drive new business opportunities and exceed growth targets
3. Report directly to experienced leadership team
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maximise cross-selling and up-selling opportunities with allocated clients
2. Provide comprehensive insurance service, including renewal processing, claims handling, and client support
3. Ensure strict compliance with FCA regulations and Consumer Duty
4. Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance overall performance
Ideal Candidate:
1. Proven experience handling commercial insurance risks
2. Strong commercial insurance product knowledge
3. Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
4. Motivated self-starter with ability to work independently
5. Acturis and Microsoft Office proficient
6. Cert CII qualified or working towards qualification
