Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Account Management Teams are responsible for selling TE's products, systems or services, providing detailed technical product information and maintaining relationships with customers in assigned geographic territory, industry or accounts.
Role and responsibilities
1. Create multiple strategic territory plans for Accounts and Key Accounts.
2. Research and develop the data for PAM, TAM, SAM will be utilized in developing a customer strategy.
3. Drive the development/creations of customer roadmaps and communicating through the organization. (using SFDC as platform)
4. Build customer partnerships by continually demonstrating a strong value proposition and ECE.
5. Identify competitive landscape and ability to perform competitive analysis.
6. Understand and communicate on overall market and technology that will influence near and long term strategy.
7. Knowledge of smaller/emerging competing and complementary business and mitigate the risk
8. Collaborate with Sales Leaders in creating and executing a growth plan for near and long term
9. Communicate and influence growth plan to internal stakeholders
What your background should look like:
10. Sales Management experience
11. Experience with relevant products and or industry experience
12. Strong interpersonal and influencing skills and the ability to build strong, credible relationships with multiple organization functions (internal and external)
13. Technical and commercial education/ experience e.g. Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering (specialising in electro-mechanics/ electronics), would be beneficial or relevant Industry Experience
14. A professional level of business acumen and good commercial understanding
15. Proven track record in business development and ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
16. Clear strategic thinker with the ability to execute on priorities
17. Project Management Experience - facilitating complex projects
18. Excellent organisational skills
19. Flexibility and a willingness to travel
20. Self-motivated with the ability to perform in a demanding environment
21. Strong communication, selling, negotiation and presentation skills
22. Target and results driven
23. Microsoft Office SAP experience
