One of our partner Pre-schools in Bedford is looking to hire a Manager for maternity cover.
You will be working from Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm and this is a full-time position, which is available to start ASAP.

1. To line manage and be responsible for the effective management and deployment of the Office Administrator
2. To support with the induction process for volunteers, contracted/temporary staff and support lines
3. Participate in training, other learning activities and performance development as required
4. Co-coordinating the content for school publications, including: newsletters, reports and questionnaires
5. Be responsible for the management of admissions in the school
6. Manage and maintain manual and computerised record/information system (SIMS)
7. Sort and distribute school emails and letters promptly

The ideal candidate will have the following:
16. Level 3 in Childcare
17. Good knowledge in school leadership and national curriculum
18. Experience in a school environment - this is essential for the position
19. Be efficient, well organised, flexible and an excellent team member
20. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
21. Experience of managing administrative systems and procedures (Integers or similar)
22. Eligibility to work in the UK is ESSENTIAL (sponsorship is not available with this role)
23. DBS on a update service is a must
24. 2 recent relevant references
