We are looking for a commercial and driven Store Manager to lead the Ladies and Men's Ready to Wear Departments in Selfridges Manchester. The successful candidate will be an inspirational leader who is able to build a strong team spirit and lead the team to the achievement of individual and shared goals with passion and enthusiasm. This is a full-time role which requires flexibility to work Monday to Sunday on early and late shifts. Sales
* Manage the stores sales performance and service
* To make the most effective use of space and stock available by maximising sales and minimising wastage of resources through the

Previous management retail experience in the luxury
* Strong expertise in ladies and men's ready to wear.
* Excellent communication and relationship building

* Strong knowledge of fashion and trends
* Fluency in a second language (preferred)
