B2 Forklift License is essential for this role; in-house certifications will not be accepted.

Hours: 7 am - 3.30 pm
The Role:
The Warehouse Attendant is responsible for ensuring equipment is delivered on time and according to operational demands. The Warehouse Attendant improves the reliability of Division equipment assets and increases the utilization and efficiency of assets while reducing the cost of service delivery (CoSD).
Responsibilities
1. Help the Equipment Readiness Lead and workshop to prepare equipment for jobs.
2. Execute work orders (WOs) as assigned through the Computerized Maintenance Management System for the Division, ensuring compliance to standard work and WO data accuracy and completeness.
3. Help prepare and organize documentation for activities such as booking in vendor equipment, booking out vendor equipment, booking out shipments on SAP, load outs, material certifications, inspections, and, if necessary, third-party quality control and inspections.
4. Prepare equipment and associated critical spares for shipment and staging at a pre-determined location or loading zone.
5. Load equipment onto trucks in the absence of base or operational planning support, or the Equipment Readiness Operator or Technician.
6. Receive equipment after Logistics offloads equipment returning to the Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) base.
7. Adopt a continuous improvement work ethic and participate in initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity in equipment readiness, CoSD, and asset utilization through maintenance processes.
8. Follow and comply with Division TLM standards and the Competency Management System.

1. Asset Maintenance and Sustaining Maintenance
2. Process and Workflows Quality Control
Desired Experience & Exposures:
1. Forklift Certification - B2 Essential, B3 preferred
2. Cranes Certification
3. Banksman Sling Certification
4. Preferable experience with Dangerous Goods
5. SAP Experience preferred
6. Experience in oil and gas or renewables industry, or similar
7. Working within a busy yard
