1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generating referrals and leads.
2. Build strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction, growth, and retention.
3. Maximise van utilisation in your territory by matching solutions to customer needs.
4. Develop new markets while maintaining a focus on revenue targets.
5. Promote the Dawsongroup brand to raise awareness of our full range of offerings.
About You
You’re confident, proactive, and ready to go the extra mile. With a natural ability to build relationships and spot opportunities, you’ll thrive in this role if you’re passionate about connecting with people and achieving results.
1. Experience in B2B customer service or sales is essential.
2. Organised and adaptable with strong planning and time-management skills.
3. Excellent communication skills for building and maintaining customer relationships.
4. A results-oriented mindset and confidence in influencing and negotiating.
5. A full UK driving licence is required.
