Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Advisor - Key Accounts, your primary responsibility is to meet the specific needs of a designated group of customers while closely collaborating with the Key Account Manager. Your tasks include:
1. Ensuring customers are well-informed about supply statuses.
2. Promptly sending customer orders for warehouse picking.
3. Ensuring the logistics team is fully briefed on customer requirements.
4. Measuring performance against key benchmarks, including:
1. Ensuring customer logistical needs are satisfactorily met.
2. Accurately processing sales orders with thorough checks against purchase orders.
3. Confirming delivery dates align with contract terms.
4. Ensuring product packaging meets customer specifications.
5. Collaborating with Sales Account Managers to stay updated on relevant information.
6. Providing necessary reports and coordinating with logistics to anticipate future work demands.

Hours of Work

Requirements
* GCSE / A-LEVEL.
* Excellent administrative skills.
* High level of attention to detail.
* Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage conflicting demands effectively.
* Competent in using MS Office packages; Word/ Excel/ Outlook etc.
* Self-motivated and committed to excellence.
